Later, Scooter Braun became his manager.Scooter Braun reunited Justin Bieber with the American singer Usher in Atlanta, United States, where Justin signed a 
contract with the record label of Scooter Braun and Usher, Raymond Braun  Media Group (RBMG)  and another contract with Island Records, offered by  LA Reid.
